Music sensation Ellie Goulding has announced a very special intimate show at the Royal Albert Hall, along with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra on Tuesday 11th April 2024.
The unique setting gives fans the perfect opportunity to witness the star in a whole new light. As a huge classical music fan herself, Ellie will be performing reimagined versions of hits and fan favourites from her extremely popular music catalogue, while also performing select songs from her latest album, Higher Than Heaven.
Speaking about the announcement, Ellie said: “A huge thank you to those who came to our orchestral shows in the US. The response has been more than I could have ever asked for and I’ve seen your requests for more. I’m so excited to confirm that we’ll be doing a very special show at the iconic Royal Albert Hall with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra next year”.
With her distinct and beautifully unique voice, it is no surprise that she has earned 10 platinum singles, four UK number 1 albums, two BRIT Awards and two GRAMMY Award nominations. She has now joined Adele as one of the British female solo artists with the most Number 1 albums to their name.
Away from music, Ellie uses her platform to educate and engage young people with global issues. In 2022, she was named as an ambassador for the WWF and was honoured by the UN Association as a Humanitarian of the Year.
