Stereophonics wrap up UK tour with blistering London O2 Arena performance
Welsh rockers Stereophonics brought their Winter Arena Tour to a close at London’s O2 Arena on Thursday evening.
The band tore through a 24-song setlist that kicked off with Vegas Two Times and culminated with The Bartender and the Thief, before a four-song encore ending on crowd-pleaser Dakota.
The performance capped off a run of December dates that began in Birmingham on the 3rd and swept through Nottingham, Newcastle, Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester and Liverpool.
It follows a summer in which the band performed to over 500,000 fans in total, demonstrating their endurance and pulling power after over three decades in the business.
With their thirteenth studio album Make ’em Laugh, Make ’em Cry, Make ’em Wait notching up their ninth Number 1 earlier this year, the band continue to cement their status as one of British rock’s most reliable live acts.
