Everything From Last Night is the perfect summer anthem. Oozing with high energy and the feeling of sun drenched nights with your friends, talking about holidays in the sunshine, drinking too much and piecing together the night before. It’ll have you feeling nostalgic for the nights we’ve been missing, yet optimistic for what’s ahead to look forward to. The hit feels like you’re being taken back in time to when you didn’t have a care in the world and travel was easy. It’s another incredible track that boasts this band’s skill and variety that they have to offer.

With addictive riffs, solid hooks and gorgeous vocals, all backed up with drum beats that just wont quit Everything From Last Night will no doubt play a huge part of your summer soundtrack. At the centre of the band’s music is a drive to get up and dance and this single does just that. Fans of Circa Wave, Two Door Cinema Club and Nothing But Thieves will catch onto a similar vibe in the sound that still holds its own unique twist.

Talking about the release, vocalist Ollie says “Everything From Last Night is all about my holidays with my brother in Mexico. I wrote it with summer in mind, as I wanted to create a conduit between the audience and their happy memories of a carefree existence, particularly as a carefree existence is the antithesis of everything we have experienced over this past year or so. It talks about holiday romances, drinking and partying too much. It’s born of happiness and joy, which are feelings I very rarely focus on when writing. The rhythm of the song changed once we worked on it together as a band, but the feel of the tune remained consistent throughout the development process. Playing the song with the band really brought it to life and put a far rockier spin on it, pushing the indie aspects of our sound to the forefront.”

The Great Leslie are a band that just don’t quit. With a tireless effort the band have gained over 129K YouTube views and 42K Spotify streams. Consistently proving their place in the industry, there’s no room to doubt how huge they will be. Showing huge promise for consistently great music; The Great Leslie are ones to get on your radar if you haven’t already. You can keep up with the band by following their Instagram!
