Staffordshire’s famous Trentham Estate is about to become the home of a brand-new music event – Trentham Live. Taking place Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th September the beautiful grounds of Trentham park will host three days of live music with headliners McFly performing on the Friday, followed by The Vamps on Saturday and Alfie Boe on the Sunday.
On performing at the first ever, Trentham Live, McFly said: “We are delighted to be the first headliner of Trentham Live on the 3 September. We are told that musical greats such as The Rolling Stones and The Beatles played at The Trentham Estate in the past, so we’re in very good company. We can’t wait to see our fans there and perform live for them again after such a strange year”.
Joining The Vamps on the Saturday will be X Factor winners Rak Su and Amy Jo. “We can barely contain our excitement at the thought of being able to play a show, outside, with you all this summer. Trentham Live we’re coming for you and it’s going to be a party. We’ll see you there,” said The Vamps.
The final day will see classical megastar Alfie Boe headlining with support from Collabro and Britain’s Got Talent winner Jai McDowall.
Alastair Budd, Senior Director of the Trentham Estate, said, “It will be an unmissable weekend of amazing live music and entertainment for all ages. We’re excited to see people enjoying the fantastic grounds here once again in a safe and secure outdoor space where people can spread out and enjoy everything Trentham Live has to offer. Parents can also feel safe in the knowledge that they can stay onsite with plenty of free parking, shops and restaurants to enjoy.”
