Indie-electronic trio, Moontower, have released a hugely nostalgic feeling music video for their latest track Hit the Lights. This latest indie bop will feature on their 2020 EP What Day Is It? The video gives a tongue-in-cheek play on Vanessa Carlton’s famous A Thousand Miles video.
Hit the Lights is a wonderfully upbeat track with a great video to match. This trio give off old school music video vibes that will remind you of the likes of Weezer and Fountains of Wayne, while holding their own with an infectious indie sound.
Back in May the trio released a 15-minute performance video with the same name of their EP, What Day Is It?This visually stunning video seamlessly glides through tracks on the EP, while giving something more than individual music videos.
Moontower have been beyond busy, hosting a four-night virtual tour. Each night of the virtual tour, hosted by Bandsintown, featured unique openers and set lists alongside different stage productions. Not only was it a great treat for fans, but it also helped in supporting Know Your Rights Camp + NIVA. This exciting trio show no signs of slowing down either, with fall of this year seeing the beginning of Moontower recording their first album.
