The final headline act for this year’s British Summer Time Hyde Park festival has been announced as Duran Duran, with support from Gwen Stefani, Nile Rodgers & CHIC.
The show will take place on Sunday 12th July and will be Duran Duran’s first show in London in five years, which will see them celebrate 40 years together, while the announcement of No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani is a UK exclusive for 2020 (that we cannot wait to see!)
Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon said “I look at film of The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park back in ’69 and think of all the great acts who’ve performed there since. It really is an honour to add the name Duran Duran to that roster, and to play our music at one of the world’s greatest inner city locations at BST Hyde Park.”
Already announced for 2020 is Post Malone on 2nd July, Little Mix on 4th July, Kendrick Lamar on 5th July, Pearl Jam on 10th July and Taylor Swift on 11th July. More supporting acts for Duran Duran are yet to be announced!
Tickets are on sale now priced at £65+ booking fee and available from the BST Hyde Park Festival website.
